Call Center


With the CRM application, PontoNet offers outsourced services using a Call Center. It is responsible for the Call Center’s training and operational service support, serving as the Manufacturer’s interface.

This is the first step in the After-sales integration, including multi-level technical support, analysis, referring to the authorized unit and RMA management.

To support the Call Center, as an ancillary tool, PontoNet has developed sites specially designed for end consumers with the purpose of providing them with a wide scope of product information and After-sales options, with simplified manuals, addresses of authorized units, hotlines, troubleshooting guides, etc.
