The management of this large operation is focused on the attendance term, subject to the manufacturers’ SLA (Service Level Agreement). It is divided as follows: Technical Assistance Logistic, Reverse Logistic, Transport Coordination and Stock and Supply Management.
The operation is designed to serve the entire flow of products, which require replacement or repair, specially to provide warranty assistance to consumers or in case of large lots of DOA (Dead on Arrival) from operators and retailers.
For consumers, the process starts by scheduling and removing defective product on its origin. They are then repaired and monitored until being returned.
The process to the Operators is differentiated and specific. It starts on its own CDs (Distribution Center), according to the following steps: sorting, repair, customization, inventory and transport management. Reverse logistics is applied to the supply management of parts and spare parts, RMA (Remittance Material Authorization) by means of the network authorized service.
