I already have a store. How much area do I require to install a Pontonet Express unit?
To install a franchise in an already-existing commercial operation you require to have at least 10m 2 of area in which to install the repair work-bench in addition to an area, which may be a common area, in which to receive and serve clients and deliver handsets. Additionally, there is a chapter in our installation manual on visual identification, which brings up several situations where the Pontonet brand may be used in this context, including the possible use of two logotypes, one belonging to the existing business and the other belonging to Pontonet.
In an exclusive unit, an area totaling approximately 30m 2 is required. |

What equipment is required?
Pontonet's SUPER Module Franchise supplies the franchisee, at no additional cost, except for freight, with a work-bench complete with tools and equipment for the execution of the services that complies with PONTONET'S standards of quality.
In the case of our FLEX module, we recommend what we consider to be the ideal equipment and, if of interest, we can recommend suppliers and special price conditions.
In both cases, the franchisee should have a computer, printer, fax and telephone lines. |

Will my unit be the authorized technical support unit of a particular manufacturer?
Pontonet does not guarantee that its franchisees will be authorized by any particular manufacturer, since manufacturers adopt their own criteria in choosing their networks. These criteria may vary from location analysis to requirements regarding the purchase of specific equipment.
For these reasons, Pontonet offers its franchisees all possible technical conditions for due qualification, although the decision to be signed up by a manufacturer falls exclusively to the manufacturer.
In special cases, we have established successful relationships with Kyocera , ZTE and Vitelcom, becoming integrated into their authorized networks, and it may be possible to extend this relationship to our franchisees.
Additionally, Pontonet has established partnerships in which it acts as service provider for companies that manage the sale of Extended Warranties. These partnerships may also be extended to our franchisees |
