The Objective of our Post-sales Service
The basic objective of our post-sales service is to ensure that our clients derive the greatest satisfaction and value for their money. Value, here, is understood as the relationship between the benefits offered by the product and the price paid by the client together with the costs of access to the product or to the associated service. Creating value for the client through our post-sales service means reducing these costs. It goes without saying that products may fail. The role of our post-sales service is, therefore, to minimize the time the client is without the faulty product and to provide him or her with access to our repair services as well as with replacement parts. We even offer a substitute product while the first product is being repaired. |
